Principal Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Software Engineer - Java/React (remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Research, develop, and test complex software applications and systems
• Analyze user needs and design software accordingly while maintaining existing applications
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members while coordinating cross-functional projects

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 8+ years of experience in design, development, and administration of cloud-native services, including Java 8+, JavaScript, Spring Boot, and ReactJS
• Experience with Azure/AWS Cloud development and serverless functions
• Knowledge of advanced XML technologies and APIs, as well as web services and SOA standards
• BS in Software Engineering or a related discipline
• In-depth knowledge of infrastructure security and large enterprise distributed infrastructure
