• 8+ years of software development and infrastructure experience
• Proven track record of influencing technical direction across teams
• Experience with AWS or other cloud-based providers
• Familiarity with orchestration systems, CI/CD, and production observability
• Ability to identify scalability bottlenecks and implement solutions
