Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Premium Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish strong business relationships with customers and assess their needs
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems while documenting the process
  • Proactively identify and prevent customer issues through regular environment reviews
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in a technical support role
  • Experience with terminal emulation products and multi-factor authentication technologies
  • Proficiency in Linux and Windows operating systems
  • Availability for occasional after-hours or weekend work
  • Ability to obtain a US Dept of Treasury Minimum Background Investigation clearance
