Key Responsibilities
- Establish strong business relationships with customers and assess their needs
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems while documenting the process
- Proactively identify and prevent customer issues through regular environment reviews
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in a technical support role
- Experience with terminal emulation products and multi-factor authentication technologies
- Proficiency in Linux and Windows operating systems
- Availability for occasional after-hours or weekend work
- Ability to obtain a US Dept of Treasury Minimum Background Investigation clearance
