Principal Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Technical Program Manager, SW Infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive successful infrastructure program execution and team velocity across cross-functional teams
• Manage and accelerate cross-team projects, identifying program risks and developing action plans
• Communicate progress and status of key programs to leadership and ensure alignment with the technical roadmap

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in robotics, autonomy, or embedded software domains
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, or a related technical field
• Extensive experience with software developer platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud applications
• Ability to coach and mentor junior team members
• Experience managing stakeholder inputs at multiple levels
