Job Summary
A company is looking for a Probabilistic Risk Assessment Engineer - remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage PRA work in coordination with plant design and safety analysis
- Develop and maintain fault trees and event trees using CAFTA
- Provide technical guidance on reliability and PRA-related topics to engineers and managers
Required Qualifications and Skills
- B.S. in nuclear, mechanical, electrical, or aerospace engineering with 5 years of experience, or M.S. with 3 years, or PhD with 1 year of experience
- Knowledgeable of PRA principles and ASME/ANS Non-Light Water PRA standards
- Experience in developing fault trees and event trees, preferably using CAFTA
- Familiarity with nuclear design and regulatory requirements for Non-Light Water Reactors
- Experience working in multi-disciplinary engineering teams
