A company is looking for a Process Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate, design, lead, and execute improvements to business processes and customer experiences
- Conduct interviews, create business process maps, and provide feedback for process documentation
- Collaborate across the organization to ensure successful adoption of process and technology improvements
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Workday or similar SaaS vendor implementation
- Proficient in VISIO and end-to-end process diagramming using Blueworks Live
- Familiarity with business process management methodologies and tools
- Experience gathering and interpreting information from stakeholders across functional areas
- Background in HCM implementation is highly preferred
