A company is looking for a Process Improvement Analyst responsible for supporting Credit Risk Management through process assessments and improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyzes and recommends improvements in business processes and operational data, developing policies for consistent implementation
- Develops and leads process-related training programs, creating materials and evaluating training effectiveness
- Supports project management for large process improvement initiatives, aligning strategies with organizational needs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in banking and process improvement, or consulting
- High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in banking and process improvement, or consulting
- Preferred experience in policy and procedure governance
- Preferred Lean Six Sigma Certification
