Procurement Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Procurement Manager to lead sourcing and supplier management for its product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for raw materials and packaging
• Conduct market analysis to identify new suppliers and cost-saving opportunities
• Negotiate contracts and monitor supplier performance through KPIs

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• 5 years of procurement experience in the CPG industry, preferably in cleaning or personal care products
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
• Understanding of regulatory and environmental considerations for cleaning chemicals and packaging
