Product Analyst II

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst II, Policyholder Experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve reporting dashboards and research assets to deliver actionable insights for product and business decisions
• Support A/B test design and monitoring to ensure experiment integrity and generate reliable insights
• Translate complex data into clear narratives and strategic recommendations to drive decisions around user behavior and retention strategies

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in an analytics role, preferably in product, operations, or strategy teams
• Strong SQL skills and experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Mode, or Power BI
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science)
• Strong business acumen and curiosity to explore data trends
• Detail-oriented with a high ownership mindset and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
