A company is looking for a Product Analyst to join their Salesforce Product team.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, analyze, and evaluate business processes and user needs to develop process maps and documentation
- Provide support in data management and assist with helpdesk queue as level 2 support for escalated issues
- Facilitate user acceptance testing and collaborate with Salesforce teams for optimal functionality delivery
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, technology, or a related field
- 2+ years of business analyst experience in banking process analysis
- Strong elicitation techniques and ability to structure data for decision making
- Working knowledge of business processes, systems analysis, and project techniques
- Basic understanding of software development methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall
