Product Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Analyst to join their Salesforce Product team.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and evaluate business processes and user needs to develop process maps and documentation
• Provide support in data management and assist with helpdesk queue as level 2 support for escalated issues
• Facilitate user acceptance testing and collaborate with Salesforce teams for optimal functionality delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, technology, or a related field
• 2+ years of business analyst experience in banking process analysis
• Strong elicitation techniques and ability to structure data for decision making
• Working knowledge of business processes, systems analysis, and project techniques
• Basic understanding of software development methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall
