Product Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Analyst (Contract) to support their Federal payments program.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Product Manager in generating use cases and documenting product requirements
• Create and manage Jira tickets while assisting with product backlog management
• Collaborate with vendors and partners to review technical specifications and ensure user requirements are met

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or four years of relevant professional experience
• 2+ years of experience as an analyst supporting consumer banking products
• 2+ years of experience using Agile methodology and Agile-based development management software
• Intermediate knowledge of Google Suite, Figma/Visio, Microsoft Office, Jira, and Confluence
• Demonstrated ability to manage and execute multiple tasks in a highly organized manner
