Key Responsibilities

• Mine data for insights to inform critical decisions and enhance products
• Define KPIs, build dashboards, and implement monitoring tools across the organization
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and affiliates to support strategic decision-making and partnership success

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in analysis-heavy roles
• Strong data analysis skills, including proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
• Expert knowledge of SQL
• Experience with Looker/LookML or other data visualization tools
• Experience in the fintech, insurtech, or insurance industry is a plus
