Product Compliance Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product & Regulatory Compliance Consultant to ensure group insurance products comply with federal and state regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and review insurance products for compliance with laws and regulations
• Review and interpret laws to assess business impact and guide compliance documentation
• Collaborate with business partners to provide solutions for compliance-related challenges

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in life or health insurance with knowledge of insurance policies and regulatory interpretation
• In-depth understanding of federal and state insurance laws and experience with regulatory communication
• Ability to maintain performance under tight deadlines
• Advanced analytical, planning, organization, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work remotely with access to high-speed internet in the U.S. or Puerto Rico
