Job Summary
A company is looking for a Product Analyst to lead the development of internal insights from product usage and delivery data.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and maintain core product metrics such as activation, engagement, retention, and expansion
- Build and maintain clear reporting and internal dashboards focused on quality, delivery speed, and engineering throughput
- Surface insights to inform product prioritization and support diagnostics of key experiments and usage patterns
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in analytics, product data, or business intelligence roles
- Strong SQL fluency and experience with modern data warehouses, preferably Snowflake
- Hands-on experience with event tracking pipelines like Segment
- Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Linear, and Datadog
- Curiosity, independence, and a bias toward insight over reporting
