Product Design Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Design Manager to lead and grow the Design team while driving the design vision forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a world-class team of Brand Designers and Product Designers
• Create design processes that champion an iterative, fast-paced, data-driven design philosophy
• Partner closely with Product leadership to craft and execute a vision for the product

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience leading Design teams in consumer internet or pro-sumer SaaS companies
• Experience managing a team of at least 3 direct reports
• Expertise in developing user research best practices
• Ability to modernize and consumer-ify community engagement tools
• Experience in evolving brand and design systems to enhance visual identity
