Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Designer (CTM) to improve B2B products related to transportation services.

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance user experience for B2B customers booking transportation services
• Generate product development hypotheses and prepare high-fidelity designs for developers
• Conduct UX tests, analyze results, and collaborate on the design system with other designers

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a product team
• 2+ years of experience with B2B products
• Fluent in Russian and Intermediate (B1) English proficiency or higher
• Proficient in Figma for design and prototyping
• Proactive approach with the ability to work independently
