Product Director - Health Insurance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Director - Health Insurance (Fully Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the overarching product strategy in alignment with company goals
• Lead multiple product squads, ensuring coherence and coordination across product lines
• Measure and communicate the impact of product initiatives on business and customer metrics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Product Manager/Product Owner, with at least 5 years in insurtech or health insurance systems
• Demonstrated success managing end-to-end product development in complex environments
• Strong understanding of health insurance products, policy servicing, and regulatory requirements
• Proven expertise in Agile methodologies and backlog management
