Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Leader - Marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi-year product strategy focused on platform scalability and partner enablement
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for core platform capabilities, including onboarding tools and campaign management systems
• Recruit, hire, and lead a product management organization, establishing best practices and a culture of excellence

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of building platform products for multiple user types
• Hands-on experience with AI-native development tools and a passion for user-centered design
• Deep understanding of platform business models and network effects
• Technical background, such as a degree in Computer Science or experience as a software engineer, is preferred
