Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager - Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Card Delivery Platform (CDS) to ensure operational excellence and platform stability
• Manage daily platform operations and ensure adherence to core operating principles
• Collaborate with the Graffiti Platform team to prepare for the migration to Graffiti 2.0

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
• 5-7 years of experience in product management, particularly with CDS and related tools
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow (5-7 years)
• Related certifications are a plus
