Product Manager, Trust & Safety

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager (Trust & Safety).

Key Responsibilities

• Champion a product strategy for trust & safety by understanding customer needs, business goals, market trends, and competitor insights
• Identify areas of risk to the client Live platform and create a roadmap of technical product enhancements
• Develop policies, SOPs, and enforcement mechanisms, while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product management or strategy consulting
• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in e-commerce
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and make tradeoffs based on incomplete data
• Proven track record in defining and executing complex product roadmaps through collaboration
• High levels of ownership and an entrepreneurial spirit
