Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager to oversee the vision and execution of Credit Modernization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify business challenges and opportunities to enhance the Lending Originations experience
• Lead the definition of Epic and Feature acceptance criteria, collaborating with various stakeholders
• Drive cross-functional teams towards achieving common goals and improve speed to market for valuable features

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 7+ years of experience in Online/Mobile Digital or Digital project delivery
• Experience in Financial Services, particularly in the Small Business or Commercial segment
• Familiarity with Salesforce (Financial Services Cloud) and Agile Delivery methodologies
• Experience leading teams and managing vendor relationships
