Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Work on tabletop products including dishes, drinkware, and cookie jars, with a focus on sculpting experience
• Create graphic designs and overlays to refine product designs
• Understand licensed business dynamics, particularly in relation to apparel and toy companies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g., industrial design, toy design, fashion design)
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Prior experience in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of hardlines/softlines categories, including materials and manufacturing processes
• Proficient in product design skills, including 3D design and technical sketching
