Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager to define, build, and improve its product line in service of educational equity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the product development process, including validating hypotheses and managing the roadmap
• Further develop the product management function by establishing collaboration structures and contributing to team skill development
• Conduct research on market trends and provide recommendations for improving product organization effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as a product manager with a strong understanding of agile practices
• Strong understanding of software development practices and ability to assess complexity levels
• Adept at analyzing data sources to inform decision-making
• Ability to manage complex technical projects and effectively execute tasks
• Experience in K-12 education, Ed Tech, or the nonprofit space is preferred
