Product Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract, Product Operations professional.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the consolidation of product feedback and tooling into Cycle
• Set up and maintain Cycle as the system of record for product input
• Build and deploy Slack-based AI bots for internal product inquiries

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or related roles in a SaaS or product-led company
• Proven ability to audit and consolidate fragmented processes into centralized systems
• Experience with product tooling such as Cycle, Zapier, Notion, and Slack integrations
• Curiosity and initiative to explore AI tools for internal efficiency
• Comfort working independently and cross-functionally in fast-moving environments
