Key Responsibilities
- Initiate proactive calls to established customers to grow sales revenue and develop customer loyalty
- Conduct pre-call research and maintain strong relationships with assigned customer accounts
- Analyze customer trends and collaborate with health system account owners to drive customer strategy
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field
- 1 to 2 years of progressively responsible experience in sales or account management
- Broad training in fields such as accountancy or computer sciences is preferred
- Experience with CRM software and data management
- Knowledge of health systems and product sales is advantageous
