Product Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Specialist to contribute to the success of its SaaS product offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with design partners to gather and communicate feedback
• Document use cases and collaborate with teams to enhance product usability and quality
• Create and maintain training materials and demonstration assets for internal enablement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 3-5 years of experience in product, sales engineering, or customer-facing roles in SaaS environments
• At least 2 years of cross-functional collaboration experience with product and engineering teams
• Experience in supporting product enablement or sales engineering efforts
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms and proficiency with tools like Jira and Confluence
