A company is looking for a Product Support Analyst to provide second-level product support and analyze support requests.
Key Responsibilities
- Triage and analyze support requests from internal teams while providing second-level product support
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and operational teams to prioritize customer issues
- Develop and maintain reports to monitor diagnostic information and product performance for customers
Required Qualifications
- Experience working directly with product and engineering teams
- Technically curious with a desire to become a product expert
- Familiarity with agile frameworks
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables and V-lookups
- Experience in digital marketing and/or digital advertising is a plus
