Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain software applications for optimal performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by users
- Create and maintain documentation for processes and procedures
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years in production support with experience in QA and documentation tasks
- Experience with ticketing systems like Jira, ServiceNow, or Zendesk
- Familiarity with QA methodologies and tools
- Prior support experience with EMR/EHR platforms and healthcare applications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
