Job Summary
A company is looking for a Product Surveillance Analyst I (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Support complaint handling and field action activities including initiation, investigation, and closure
- Communicate with vendors, regulators, and customers to meet timeliness goals
- Analyze historical complaints for consistency and develop reports from complaint software and ERP systems
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with 0-1 years of experience in a regulated industry, or a High School Diploma with 4 years of relevant experience
- Experience working with personnel across multi-functional departments is preferred
- Intermediate PC and Microsoft Office skills are required, with advanced Excel skills preferred
- Ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions
- Visual acuity necessary to perform the job safely and effectively
