Production Assistant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Production Assistant responsible for assisting origination staff with loan setup and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and reviewing loan documents and entering application information into the Encompass loan system
• Communicate effectively with customers, loan agents, and third parties involved in the mortgage loan transaction
• Verify loan files, order necessary documentation, and ensure proper stacking order of files

Required Qualifications

• Current knowledge of FHA, VA, Conventional, and other loan programs
• 2+ years of processing experience
• Experience with Encompass 360
• Understanding of federal and state guidelines, rules, and regulations such as RESPA, TILA, and HMDA
• High school diploma or equivalent experience in a related field
