Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Repair Facilities and 3rd party Customer Service Representatives to maximize facility utilization
- Document and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for 3rd Party Scheduling processes
- Develop and maintain shop loading dashboards to track enroute status and shipping timelines
Required Qualifications
- Experience in production scheduling or related field
- Knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) development
- Understanding of shop capacities and workflow optimization
- Ability to analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational reports
- Strong customer relationship management skills
