Production Service Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Production Service Developer I or II.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot client issues related to databases, applications, tools, and networks
• Create and execute troubleshooting queries and analyze log files to identify issues
• Provide technical documentation and communicate updates to internal and external stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to the functional area
• 0-2 years of previous software engineering or related experience
• In-depth knowledge of multiple products and coding languages
• Experience with troubleshooting tools such as Splunk and BMC Appsight
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a government security clearance
