Job Summary
A company is looking for a Professional Services Operations Manager to support and optimize the sales and delivery of professional services.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales and Professional Services teams to create service proposals and manage scoping
- Enhance Salesforce workflows and create reports to monitor key operational metrics
- Manage the full lifecycle of Statements of Work (SOWs) and improve operational processes related to service sales
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in professional services operations, sales operations, or business analysis
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce, including custom objects and reporting
- Experience in managing the operational side of project-based work
- Ability to analyze business operations and present insights to leadership
- Familiarity with financial metrics such as bookings and revenue forecasting
