Program Director for AI Programs

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Director for Artificial Intelligence Programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide academic leadership for all Artificial Intelligence programs across undergraduate, master's, and doctoral levels
• Design, assess, and enhance AI curricula to reflect current industry and research advancements
• Recruit, hire, develop, and supervise faculty across all program levels

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a closely related field from an accredited institution
• Experience leading academic programs, ideally across multiple degree levels
• Proven teaching record in higher education, with a preference for experience in both online and in-person environments
• Knowledge of current AI tools, trends, ethical considerations, and applications
• Experience working collaboratively with peers, especially within multi-program academic departments
