Job Summary
A company is looking for a Program Director to manage and oversee a suite of programs within the Veterans Affairs business unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee a portfolio of projects/programs, ensuring delivery on contractual, financial, and operational obligations
- Lead change management and process improvement initiatives using continuous improvement frameworks
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure project stability and compliance throughout the program lifecycle
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in IT or program delivery, with 8+ years in project management or business analysis focused on federal IT
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience managing portfolios with a total contract value of $100M+ and leading teams of 100+ personnel
- Extensive experience with VA systems and processes, including AWS and Salesforce ecosystems
- Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) and Agile certification (e.g., PMI-ACP)
