Job Summary
A company is looking for a Program Manager, FLEX to coordinate and execute temporary labor programs across the U.S. and Canada.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the administration of the Vendor Management System and oversee the Flex program's daily operations
- Collaborate with OSR leadership to assess staffing needs and manage the hiring process for OSR associates
- Identify and resolve complex issues while managing special projects and enhancing operational processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or related degree
- 4+ years of experience, preferably in an agency recruiting environment
- Strong proficiency with technology, especially Microsoft Office products
- Experience with Vendor Management, HR Management, and/or Applicant Tracking systems is preferred
- Knowledge of temporary labor staffing and recruiting processes is beneficial
