Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager responsible for implementation and management of agency-level programs within the Weapon Systems Support department.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage program performance, addressing shortfalls and negative trends
• Manage agency-level relationships and oversee Weapon Systems Support programs
• Recruit and develop staff, conducting training and performance evaluations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5 years of supply chain experience with 3 years of managerial experience
• Experience in military personnel training or relevant experience may be considered
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products
• Ability to analyze complex problems and make evidence-based decisions
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
