Job Summary
A company is looking for a Project Accounting Coordinator to join their team remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the project billing process, including invoicing and client inquiries
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external clients to ensure timely billing and cash flow improvements
- Coordinate project set-up, vendor invoice processing, and assist with annual financial audit preparation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or relevant experience
- Entry-level position; prior experience in accounting/finance is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience in the engineering/construction or services industry is required
- Knowledge of accounting systems such as Deltek Vision is preferred
