Job Summary
A company is looking for a Project Associate to assist in the coordination of projects remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and maintaining project plans, budgets, and staffing requirements
- Facilitate the review and approval process for marketing collateral and ensure compliance with business rules
- Generate and distribute reports to stakeholders and coordinate with various teams to keep projects on track
Required Qualifications
- University degree or equivalent practical knowledge
- Experience with Adobe Workfront system preferred
- Understanding of marketing processes, particularly in healthcare
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience in customer service and multi-tasking is preferred
