Project Controls Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Controls Manager to lead the project scheduling organization and support project teams from a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project controls processes and procedures
• Manage project-level schedulers to ensure accurate and high-quality project schedules
• Provide guidance on project controls best practices and collaborate during the estimating process

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of Project Controls experience, with at least 3+ years in a management role
• BS, MS, or advanced degree or equivalent experience
• Extensive knowledge of Oracle P6 and Microsoft Project for schedule development
• Experience with Earned Value Management and cost/resource loading
• Proven ability to manage project risks and changes within schedules
