Project Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Coordinator - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all project aspects from sale to installation
• Manage project logistics and communications with customers, installers, and vendors
• Ensure timely updates and high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service or project management in related industries
• Strong operational experience in at least one product line (e.g., Windows, Baths, Kitchen Refacing)
• Experience managing subcontractors or subcontractor-based businesses preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Online Systems/CRMs
