Job Summary
A company is looking for a Project Coordinator to join their Project Management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Project Management team on advertising campaigns across digital, print, and video
- Track project milestones and maintain timelines, status documents, and deliverable trackers
- Attend internal meetings, take detailed notes, and ensure action items are captured and followed up on
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree required; BS/BA in business/marketing preferred
- 0-2 years of experience, with internships or previous agency/marketing experience being a plus
- Interest in project management, advertising, marketing, or healthcare
- Proficient in MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Familiarity with project management tools is a plus but not required
