Job Summary
A company is looking for a Project Engineering Manager to lead the execution of design projects within the Federal Engineering Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage business execution cadence for the Engineering Team and improve engineering execution
- Provide oversight to ensure design services meet financial, schedule, and deliverable targets
- Lead the Project Engineering team in tracking design deliverables and coordinating program reviews
Required Qualifications
- Must have a PE license in at least one state and be willing to obtain additional licenses
- Bachelor's degree in engineering; a Master's degree in management is a plus
- Experience in design, project, and program management with strong business acumen
- Background in Federal Government contracting and procurement processes
- Proven ability to influence outcomes and drive change in a matrixed organization
