Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Lead in Health Care.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage projects to improve HEDIS performance and CMS Star Ratings
• Collaborate with internal departments and vendors to collect, analyze, and report on HEDIS data
• Identify improvement opportunities and implement interventions based on data analysis

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Demonstrated leadership and strong project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Project, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• Relevant combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree
