Project Manager for Community Support

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager: Community and Organizational Support (Fully Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate engagement with communities and trail organizations, assessing needs and tracking progress
• Oversee the lifecycle of community projects, ensuring deadlines are met and outcomes documented
• Analyze data from community assessments to identify trends and generate reports on community impact

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Environmental Studies, Public Administration, Nonprofit Management, or a related field
• 5-8 years of experience in project management, nonprofit operations, or community engagement
• Proficiency with CRM systems, project management software, and Google Workspace
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
• Passion for mountain biking, outdoor recreation, and community building
