Job Summary
A company is looking for a Member Services Project Manager who will manage complex strategic projects related to Member Services operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee portfolio management across departmental annual roadmap initiatives
- Coordinate activities and deliverables among internal and external business functions
- Communicate project statuses, surface issues and risks, and track project effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related discipline
- 3+ years of project management experience with complex projects in product development or contact center operations
- Experience with project management tools
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Preferred knowledge of contact center operations and wellness program administration
