Job Summary
A company is looking for a Project Manager II to oversee project activities and ensure timely completion within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiates, plans, executes, controls, and closes projects while managing team assignments and resource allocation
- Acts as the primary contact for clients during software implementation projects and manages interactions with internal departments and vendors
- Mentors the project management team and leads discussions on process improvement for large-scale projects
Required Qualifications
- B.A. or B.S. Degree with PMP and/or CSM certifications
- 2-4 years of experience in Project Management; Master's Degree preferred
- Advanced skills in project management methodologies, including PMBOK and SCRUM
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing complex teams and clients
- Proven track record in implementing project management processes and tools
