Project Manager - NOC Automation

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager - NOC Projects, Automation, & Ticketing Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for NOC-related initiatives including process automation and ticketing platform migration
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define scope, and establish delivery milestones
• Manage vendor relationships and develop detailed project documentation including plans and status reports

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Engineering, or related field preferred, or high school diploma with relevant experience required
• PMP, Agile, or Scrum Master certification strongly preferred
• Minimum of five (5) years of project management experience, preferably in a telecom or NOC environment
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in software development or scripting with a focus on automation preferred
• Proven experience managing technical projects involving automation and service management/ticketing platforms
