Project Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Specialist to manage project scheduling and staffing while supporting service delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project tasks independently and ensure proper staffing and scheduling
• Act as a liaison between the service delivery team and clients, monitoring project activities and documentation
• Proactively manage changes to project scope, cost, and schedule while developing best practices for project execution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in project management or a related discipline
• 1-3 years of project management experience
• Thorough understanding of project management and relevant tools
• Experience in security, compliance, and/or audit is preferred
• CAPM, PMP, or other relevant certification preferred
