Job Summary
A company is looking for a Project Specialist to provide administrative support to projects within a department or function.
Key Responsibilities
- Creates and maintains project plans, coordinates meetings, and gathers necessary information for assigned projects
- Performs operational and administrative tasks to facilitate project success, tracks progress, and resolves issues
- Produces reports based on performance tracking and data analysis, and maintains project-related documentation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and 0 years of experience in an administrative role within a business environment, or
- High School Diploma or GED and 4 years of experience in an administrative role within a business environment
- Preferred experience includes working within a large financial institution and coordinating training and change management
- Experience in designing and presenting to partners and leaders throughout the project lifecycle
- Experience in updating and maintaining project reporting and refining workflows for successful implementations
